What’s New in the 2010 Mail Survey?

The Product Sub-Committee, chaired by Greg Ramsay from Starcom MediaVest, reviewed the entire 2009 questionnaire in order to improve the flow and ensure that the 2010 questionnaire is up to date with today’s market place and meets the needs of our members.

The 2010 mail-back questionnaire will include the following updates:

  • Addition to Internet Travel Sites: “in the past 12 months”
  • Addition to Websites Access in the past month: “blogs and instant messaging”
  • Addition to Lottery Tickets spending “a category of $100+”
  • Change personally have a Cell Phone to “personally use”
  • Change “Likely to Buy Personal Electronic Devices” to “Likely to Buy/Upgrade in the next 12 months”
  • Deletion of “purchased and where purchased number of rolls of film” in Film & Photo Finishing

Keeping the mail survey up to date is a painstaking job and the committee is to be congratulated. They welcome your suggestions so please contact Greg Ramsay (greg.ramsay@smvgroup.com) or MeLing Johnston (mjohnston@nadbank.com) with feedback and ideas.
